This can easily be renovated into two spacious bedrooms, and the high ceiling allows for a mezzanine that could be used as extra living or storage space.The other part of the property is accessed from the garden and is made up of two rooms. Upon entering this area, one sees a smaller front room with a basin in the corner, used to feed the family animals. At the back is the entrance to another large room with a high ceiling. This was used to store the hay in the winter. This area can be renovated and used as a comfortably sized guest house.There is ample parking directly outside the property. Within a couple of minutes’ walk is the bakery and little supermarkets plus a choice of tavernas. Neapolis with the hospital, civic services, tavernas, supermarkets etc. is within a 5 minute drive. Aghios Nikolaos is at 10 kms and Heraklion airport at 50 kms.
